pdl's are prohibited in NY,so it is a scare tactic.i wouldn't call the person back.all they will do is threaten and harrass.whoever this is can do nothing but call.don't return the call.

that should say it all.sounds like US NATIONAL BANK or an alias they go by.again,do not engage them.they can do nothing.i would file a police report and an AG as well as FTC complaints.
