after dv letter sent and no response

what do i do now? i haven't received a response. do i need to resubmit before 30 days? i sent certified letters but only received one notice back. do these companies not pick them up and wait 30 days?

As long as you have the proof you mailed them w/in 30 days, you're fine. They have no time limit to provide validation but must cease collection efforts with a timely DV.
