This will be a challenge since you didn't show up for court. So why didn't you? That would have to be a major part of your defense. The other part is why you feel that you do not owe the money and the company should not have won a judgment against you.

Your first step would be to file a Motion to Vacate the Judgement. Here is some info on that:

When you file a motion to vacate the judgment, you need to provide a valid reason as to why you were not present on the date, the judgment was passed because depending upon the your reason the judge may or may not grant the motion on the date of formal hearing. Once the motion is filed you will receive a date from the court for a formal hearing.

is there anything while im in court to ask for that the lawyer should have like a signed contract for the credit card or anything else i should ask for im calling the attorney this week again but i think i asked them for a signed contract before and they didnt have it should them not having it get me of the judgement because they sent me a letter for garnishment and they have my employer on there but the judge has not signed it as of yet

also they got a lawyer not to far from me in maryland to collect this debt does a law firm have to be licensed in maryland to collect this debt as a debt collector or does their law firm license get them around that
