is there anything while im in court to ask for that the lawyer should have like a signed contract for the credit card or anything else i should ask for im calling the attorney this week again but i think i asked them for a signed contract before and they didnt have it should them not having it get me of the judgement because they sent me a letter for garnishment and they have my employer on there but the judge has not signed it as of yet
also they got a lawyer not to far from me in maryland to collect this debt does a law firm have to be licensed in maryland to collect this debt as a debt collector or does their law firm license get them around that
