I will advise you of only two items. Firstly, the information you copy and pasted online refers to "check deferment", this does not apply to internet based lenders. Secondly, you could go to your bank, have the credit reversed and the debit reversed also. If you used the money and are unable to do this, then you knowingly used the loan. You even provided new account information and signed a new Authorization Agreement. This is information I will be passing on to the Attorney General as well.

i would inquire on the status of the complaint.then wait.if this place sends it to collections.file AG complaints against the CA.
