capitol funding.

hi all,

i just got an email from capital funding about a loan that was supposed to be forgiven. now they want to collect or report me to the creadit bureaus and sue. any feed back would be appreciated. i live in the state of mass.

Is this a pay day loan.If so they are illegal in the state of mass

so should i just take it as an empty threat?

Do you have documentation that the loan was forgiven? If so then I would send them this also have it on hand if they try and attempt to screw your credit. They are full of hot air if they are not even licensed.

Other than that I would ignore them and worry nothing about it.

no, they never sent anything. i was told that i could never loan with them again. (like i was ever going after this mess!)
so basically, i'ts my word against theirs.
