Outback Bucks refused my UPS package

I sent a C&D letter to Outback Bucks through UPS. Outback Bucks refused the delivery. Should I send it certified mail through USPS instead? I was planning on faxing and emailing the C&D letter tomorrow. They are relentless...they keep calling and calling and calling.

When ever you are sending a letter certified for a purpose similar to this, also send the same one regular mail. You may not have "proof" of delivery, but they will get it.
A refusal thru UPS is just as good. However you are trying to C
