Old Debt

I was contacted by Mitchel N. Kay regarding a debt that was discharged in a bankruptcy over 25 years ago. Believe it or not this is the third time in 10 years this debt has come up. What to do to finally get rid of it.

Mitchel N. Kay is a collection agency trying to recover the debt. Now, if the debts were discharged under bankruptcy, I don't think you need to worry about their call. The CAs will always take an attempt to collect the debt whenever they get a chance to do so, but you need to be careful and do not pay them. If they harass you, file a complaint with the FTC and the State AGs office. There is no need to send a debt validation letter.
