Northway Financial wage assignment

PA is a non-garnishment state.even if they got a judgement they can't garnish.you refuse to honor this,and inform the employee.BTW,if you honor that wage assignment.the employee can sue the company.

a real wage assignment has an actual signature.northway is an illegal internet pdl.go see the the employee about it.they can revoke that wage assignment at anytime.

How does the empl go about revoking the wage assignment?

All they have to do is turn in a letter saying that they revoke the voluntary wage assignment...they should give a copy to the PDL company and to the employer...this way, both parties have been notified. Simple...
