Car note is considered a secured debt and you may lose your car to repossession if you cannot make the payments on time. I think that you should explain your financial position to your creditor and try to make him agree for another deferment.

Letting me pay them what and when I can long as I update them with my finance problems. They are willing to give me two or three easy payments so I can get caught up on them. Long as you make your payment when you say you are everything will be fine or call them way before you’re due to let them know what’s wrong. I will be making my first payment on 27 of this month, if you don't have a job I would say give the car back request for a refund of your money that you put out. [/COLOR]
