EQ is the only CRA that you might be able to dispute Inq's off of. TU and EX consider Inq's a matter of public record and will not delete unless you are a victim of ID Theft.

As Nascar said, as a matter of policy the bureaus will not delete an inquiry unless the company who made the inquiry was not authorized to run your credit.
Those companies would have to send a letter to the bureau admitting that they ran your credit in error. They aren't going to admit to that if you really did apply for credit.
You can dispute those inquires and claim that you never authorized them, but the chances are that those companies will produce your credit application as evidence that you authorized the inquiry.

One way to stop the inquiries to on your report (like the insurance companies, credit card companies and others sending you "pre-approved" mailings), is to opt-out of those mailings.
Each bureau offers this on their website - go to their site and do a search on "opt out".
