PAY DAY LOANS
Date: Tue, 06/16/2009 - 04:45
Hi,
I have struggled over the years after a divorce and sometimes used payday loans. On one income it is really hard. I have worked part-time but still struggle. Right now my problem is 3 payday loans. I have been sending them money every month but Cash Transfer is threating to garnish my wages. They keep contacting my supervisor at work saying get a message to me.
Can you tell me if the 3 loans I have are legal in Virginia.
Cash Transfer - borrowed 600.00 owe 862.00 paid $ 400.00
Getem Cash - Borrowed 300.00 owe 562.00 paid $ 100.00
Rocky Boy - borrowed 300.00 owe 360.0o paid $ 100.00
Thanks,

A creditor can never garnish your wage or contact your employer
A creditor can never garnish your wage or contact your employer without a judgment. I have checked the PDL database of Virginia "http://www.scc.virginia.gov/bfi/reg_inst/pay.pdf" and found none of them licensed in the state. So they are illegal lenders. You may visit the link http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/illegal-pdl-dealings.html to check how to deal with illegal payday lenders.

This really needs to be in the payday loan section so more people will see it. :)
