Questions about my Chexsystems Report

Hello, out of curiosity, I ran a report for Chexsystems. I noticed that I did have reported informaiton! PNC reported me for overdrafts back in July 2007. This was when they refused to put my account on a hard block for payday loans :(
they reported it as paid in October 2007.
What's weird is that I noticed my most recent bank (a credit union) did an inquiry on my report about a month ago. And so far I still have my account. Are they over looking this report because it was paid?
When will this report be taken off of chexsytems? Will it be July or October 2012? (that's five years)
I cannot believe I am on chexsystems! I had a bank account with TD bank for a couple of years (they did not inquire on my account) and now I have a credit union. So I was able to open accounts, I am just surprised.
I also noticed how many payday loans looked at my report back when I was applying. That's so scary! I did not know they could look at this? I thought only banks could?
ALso, does anyone know who DP Bureau, LLC in Largo, FL is? they looked into my account many times since 2006 and most recently in 2008. I am hoping they are a payday loan but their name is kind of scary, lol. Thanks.

From what I've read on this site http://www.dpbureau.com/solutions_deferred.html it appears that these people, this organization, whatever, exists, to give the potential rip-off payday lender a general idea as to whether you'd be an ok candidate. Don't quote me, that's just the idea I got from glancing over the above website.

As far as your chexsystems report, yes your report will not be removed until 2012 unless you dispute it and try to be removed.

thanks, i do not think i am going to bother disputing it. I really did have close to a thousand in over draft fees, i do not agree with that but it happened and i guess what can i do. i do have an account (two actually at two banks, one savings, one checking) and I know i will not switch banks anytime soon. it just surprised me that i was reported because i have gotten new accounts. i never would have known if it were not for you, mca :)
thanks.

thanks again, at this point i am scared that my new bank will close my account. i know they ran a report, and i had the account for about a month now but i am scared because i finally got my direct deposit set up and got my checks, debit card, etc. if i had known i was on chex systems i would never have gotten checks through them! :( i cannot believe i was report for two years and never knew..
TD Bank never did a check for chex systems..
