From what I've read on this site http://www.dpbureau.com/solutions_deferred.html it appears that these people, this organization, whatever, exists, to give the potential rip-off payday lender a general idea as to whether you'd be an ok candidate. Don't quote me, that's just the idea I got from glancing over the above website.
As far as your chexsystems report, yes your report will not be removed until 2012 unless you dispute it and try to be removed.

I really did have close to a thousand in over draft fees, i do not agree with that but it happened and i guess what can i do. i do have an account (two actually at two banks, one savings, one checking) and I know i will not switch banks anytime soon. it just surprised me that i was reported because i have gotten new accounts. i never would have known if it were not for you, mca :)

thanks again, at this point i am scared that my new bank will close my account. i know they ran a report, and i had the account for about a month now but i am scared because i finally got my direct deposit set up and got my checks, debit card, etc. if i had known i was on chex systems i would never have gotten checks through them! :( i cannot believe i was report for two years and never knew..
TD Bank never did a check for chex systems..
