Stop Payments on PDLs

Hello,
I've been trying to work with Together Cash and so far they are refusing to work with me. Should I stop payment on their ACH withdrawls or should take more drastic measures. I don't want to close my account but I do not want anymore ACH withdrawls. What can i do??

Is that a store front or internet ? Also what state do you live in ? If its a store front depending on the state you can possibly get in trouble for closing your account.
