Cash Plus USA in Maryland

I do not see anything saying they are member of CFSA.
Other CSO's like Cashnet Usa or Cash Central have their license on the website, do not allow more than 4 extensions after which you have to pay the loan in full.
I think there is something fishy about Cash Plus. Tomorrow I'm going to call the MD office of financial regulation and find out if they really are licensed or not.
Has any of you had any experience with them??
I just calculated that on a 350$ loan I have paid back 1000$ in fees!!!! There's gotta be something I can do!

Unfortunately, a lot of the pdls operate under the guise of cso to get around the pdl .laws. I believe and I may be wrong, if that is the case they are operating "legally" and can charge what they want. I hope someone with more experience comes along to help.

If you're in doubt you might want to contact the Maryland Commissioner for Financial Regulation in Baltimore; their address and phone number are listed under the PDL laws for Maryland at this site. They'd probably be able to give you some advice as to this companys' legal status in MD.
