If I am being garnished by child support and they are taking more then 25% of my income can i be garnished by another creditor?

As far as I know, the maximum garnishment permitted to creditors is 25%, but for child support, garnishment can go upto 65 % of your disposable income. At present, since 25% of your wages are already been garnished, your wage cannot be garnished further by the creditors.
