Advance Today41/Together Cash??

I took out a pdl from Rocky Boy Ventures for $300. That amount was deposited by Together Cash. Then subsequent interest payments of $90 have been taken out (total $360) by Advance Today41. I want to pay the loan in full, but I can't find any info on Advance Today41 or contact info on Rocky Boy Ventures. When I call Together Cash, they say they don't have a record of a loan with me. However, the CO ID on the bank deposit and the ACH are the same for both Together Cash and Advance Today41. CO ID 870734237.

I am in Calif. and use Bank of America. I just called them to put a hold on the ACH debit.

I also saw on the BBB website that the parent company of PDL Ventures (Rocky Boy, IMpact Cash, HIgh Country Loans, Red River Ventures, PDL Technologies) had had 27 complaints filed with only 2 resolutions.

Anyone know anything about Advance Today41 and have any other advice??

I would bet they aren't legal as legally licensed companies follow the law. Call your DFI @ (866) 275-2677 and ask if they are licensed by the state of CA to lend. If they aren't, they are lending to the residents of CA illegally. In that case, CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with illegal lenders. Interstingly enough, I received an email from Rocky Boy just TODAY offering me a loan! NO WAY!

Thanks for the info. I checked the link for CA licenses and none of them is there. Do you have the email domain for Rocky Boy? I haven't been able to find a way to contact them.
