I'm on a processed removal by the U.S goverment, waiting on a court date since Feb.2009 have not been allowed to work since, payed all my bills thus far untill now Jun.2009. I'm broke!
I have 3 credit cards and a car loan?
really don't want to leave debt behind what can Ido?
the currency difference in my country is outragous and will never be able to afford the payments, I love the states been here 5 years now had such a well paying good job.

Thank you for the quick responce!
From what i understand is that if you voluntary depart, you do not face a 10 year ban, my job did everything they could to keep me here but it was too late for any lawyer to do anything. I work in the Information Technology sector. any advice on the debt i owe?

There is not much we can help you with if you have no money and have to leave the country. I would suggest selling the car quickly or have someone take over the payments. The sooner you leave, get a job offer, do the visa stuff, the sooner you get back. Unfortunately leaving the country will toll the sol on your accounts.
