LVNV arbitration win battle but not the war???

I won in arbitration with Lvnv because they had no evidence, On June 25, 2009. I received the papers today. But they can appeal. In someones qpinion how likly is that and how much time do I have.

You won in arbitration? Wow, that happens VERY rarely. If they appeal just do the same thing, demand proof. If they couldn't produce it then, they likely won't be able to now. I would slap them with a DV letter so that if they do try again, you have them for doing it while the debt is under validation request....and counter sue them:)
