I am looking to settle two accounts with capital one. One is a regular credit card. The other is a health care credit account for my daughters braces. Help please!!!

Are you current with your payments? If it is so, I don't think that Capital One would agree to settle your accounts for less. However, if you are delinquent with your account, you can easily settle the debt for 50 to 60% of the outstanding amount.
