I took a loan out with CTC and they send me an email on June 17 regarding my account in collections. I then contacted the company and they threatned me about calling my employer to do a wage assignment. I filed a complaint with my attorney general office, I went to the bank to close my account and I provided my employer with a letter stating I revoke CTC of any wage assignment. I got a few calls at work today stating that I had until tommorrow to pay them. Later today I tried to log in my accout on CTC website and it stated that I had no access to this website. What does that mean? I dont want to call them what should I do?

I also faxed and emailed CTC a letter stating my laws in Ohio and to stop calling me and I only want contact through postal mail. What is the company planning to do?

Believe me, the fact that you can't log into the web site is a good sign. Sounds like you are doing everything right, as long as you told your employer that you revoked the wage assignment you signed--because I guarantee you they will try and cash in on it. Your employer needs to know to send the paperwork back to them when they get it. Once this happens, you will be able to work out a payment plan with them. It happened for me with Sonic.
