silence from 3companies

i have not been contacted by oneclick cash, paydaymax, and another company i cant name right now in regards to the letter i sent. it has been over a month. they locked my account online and no pif has been issued. should i be concerned? ive read oneclickcash and paydaymax are ruthless.

They are definitely ruthless BUT, you have your state law on your side, remember that. I am quite sure you will hear from them eventually. I had a pdl with payday max over two years ago and recently received an email from them about a balance due. lol Pfffffffffffffffft. I think not! :wink:

You may have been sold by one or two of them to a third party collector! No worries though! They can't legally collect either! I will show you how to deal with them if it comes down to it!
