Hello,
I took the advice of what was written in regards to my situation with instatnwages.com and wrote them abck saying that even though they are under Delaware Law...I don't live in Delaware and therefore the rules of South Dakota apply to me and not the rules of Delaware. I went on to say that a payday lender needs to have a license in SD to issue payday loans and instantwages.com does not...therefore..I am only obligated to pay back the principal on my terms and nothing more. Do you think they will try and sue me for the interest money?? They ahve been kind of rude up to this point but I'm hoping they realize they are illegal and fess up and accept the $200 and be done with me. What should I do if they continue to be rude to me?
