pdl link to your new account??

Did you apply for a PDL with anybody else? They share info between each other...

Did you revoke authorization for them to debit your account? If not, you need to do so immediately...I would dispute the charge with your bank - tell them that you did not authorize them to withdraw from this account.

BTW...do you know if Cash One is legal to lend in your state?

cashone charges me a dollar every paycheck. they told me they had to do that just so to make sure that the account is active.

my old account is already closed and no one knows my new account. only cash one is the first one that got it. i dont know how..i mean yes-i did loan money from cash one. but i dont think its right, they just take money from my new account without telling me, right?? as if like they stealing my own money from my new account..wth...i mean i did borrow from them and i gotta pay them but i made payment arrangements b4 due date..i was suppose to come in and pay in full but i didnt expect they would pull out from my account. without me knowing it..they pull out the whole amount. i jst got lil irritated..how can pdl just take ur money like that without telling you, especially you didnt tell them ur new account.

Take the advice of DSS above and report it as fraud to your bank!

Is this a legal PDL place...you said "you were supposed to go in and pay it"...if they are legal then you can request an EPP plan.

As to them taking from your new account, dispute it with the bank...YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE YOU SENT A CMRRR AUTHORIZATION REVOCATION TO THE PDL PLACE. B/c many of their loan documents may say that they can take from any account...authorization to withdraw from your account is voluntary and can be revoked...make sure you do that.
