me and a ex boyfriend each loaned each other money for properties which is in each others name. none of the loans have been repaid. what is the statue of limitations to collect this or could it be brought into a partition suit. the loans were made anytime from 2003 to 2005. we have nothing in writing about the loans or properties and all loans were in cash. Is there any recourse or is it each others word against the other. its a mess. please help.

I don't think you can file partition suit because you have nothing in writing about the debt. Moreover, your name is not in your boyfriend's property and so there is no way out to claim back the money you have lent.
