I sent Citifinancial a certified letter asking for an alternate payment arrangement. I done this without realizing I had sent in a payment the previous day for more than I really can afford. SHould I stop payment on that check until I get something back in writing from Citifinancial about what they are willing to agree to?

Citifinancial is awesome. They worked really well with us. If you cal them and tell them that you mistakenly sent in a payment and that you can't afford it, chances are they will hold that payment. They are a really great company to work with. They give you lots of chances to pay and get caught up. Our payment was 700 at first and they worked it down to 497. They really are great
