how many days late can u be before they reposses? i am 39 days late for the first time in 4 yrs, and they are theating me can they do that?

Technically you can be 1 day late and you are in breach of contract. Have you tried asking them to defer a payment and tack it on to the end of your loan?

they are united auto credit and they are not the most freindly bunch to work with! ask for supervisor said no! I just hate that they cant wait 1 more week! it will even help them in the long run can get back to square one. if go somewhere to borrow money will have to pay back plus int. sucks to be me right now! thanks for writting me back with anser
