Just wondering if they ever do end up reporting on your score if you don't pay? I'm trying to raise my credit score and don't need any more collections and such on my report. Right now the ones I am worried about are PayDay One and CashNet USA which I have found out on this forum are legal and operate as CSO's or whatever. Payday One hasn't sent me anything in the mail, just call every few days or so. CashNet has sent a couple of notices in the mail that my acct is past due and to call. I know I need to call them but I guess I'm scared because as of right now...I literally don't have a dime to give them. I have some other personal loans that will be paid off in the next 3-4 months and then I will have around $500 "extra" a month. The CashNet loan was for $550 and they say I owe $867 but they said they could probably reduce that. I have intentions to pay this eventually, just not for a few more months until I have the money to do so without jeapordizing my finances again which is what got me in this mess in the first place. Believe me...I've come a long way since the Summer/Fall when I was in such a bind and took these things out. In fact, $166.67 is what I am currently paying back to my bank (will be done in August paying!) because I was overdrawn over 2 grand because of all this and my bank just kept paying it instead of rejecting. So of course I had to take out more PDL's just to pay bills and these are the ones I'm still owing on. Has anyone had a PDL actually report to credit report? I just pulled my Equifax report and it doesn't have anything...yet. Thanks!

I live in Indiana. Discount Advances and Cash Net Now hired a collection agency and the collection agency put 2 delinquent entries on my credit report. I paid the principal on both loans but no extra. It's been a year and after 3 written letters to each of the credit reporting agencies (TransUnion, Experian or Equifax), I still can't get them to take the 2 PDL's off of my credit report.
