HEy everyone, I am with Town and country acceptance and although my experience with them has been encouraging so far,i was wondering if anybody can calm my nerves. Although i know that they can only work with the money i send them, i am still getting calls from my creditors saying that they have not received my payment. They all say that yes they have an agreement with t+c but they call me asking when they are going to send my payment in. Can they still call me if they have an agreement? Has anybody finished their contract with them? I am just starting so maybe its just getting the creditors used to receiving checks from them and not me, but im a little on edge becuase i have both a titleloan and a regular auto loan on my contract and want to keep my car! Anybody have any perspective on this? I am happy with T+C so far, and they are very reassuring when i talk to them, but i would like and advice or experience with them you can offer, thanks so much!

They do not pay a dime until they have enough money on your account to cover thier fee and the entire balance. If they are working on your title loan and car loan, I would get on the phone NOW and find out what the status of your account is with them and the lenders. You may wake up one morning and your car is gone otherwise!!!

I looked into T&C and personally, found them to be unprofessional and rude. They charge hundreds of dollars to get started, charge a monthly fee, and as PDLOwner said, they don't pay anything until their fees are covered and there is money left to be paid to your creditors...all those fees and charges is money you could've used to pay towards your bills.

If you are happy with them, great...personally, I am skeptical. I would call the loan company to see what the status is of your loan on the auto. IMHO, you may be in trouble here if T&C hasn't paid on it.

Some members have had good experiences with T&C, some have not. My personal experience was not good so I did not go with them. I encourage you to search others experiences. This being the holiday weekend, there may not be many responses to your post here. Since you have loans that are secured by title loans, I recommend you take a proactive approach to ensure that your car is safe and that everything is in order.
