I'm closing my bank account today. I have payments that are to come out tomorrow for my PDL's. I have a new account already opened. What are the chances that these illegal PDL companies will find my new account?

Your new account should be safe as long as you do not obtain another pdl and share the new account information with them, that's usually how other pdl's find new account info because pdl's share information.
Just be sure that your bank will not link the accounts together,
