Are any of these storefronts? PayDayMax is illegal-so read the sticky about how to deal with illegal pdl's and there is a letter the 13th post down that you can send, adjusting to your state and situation. But before you do that you will need to secure your money. Also read the sticky about closing your checking account. PayDayMax will not stop trying to debit your account until you close it. I think a couple of the others are illegal as well. Someone else who may come along who knows and you can also search each name in the box on the top right of the page to see what others are saying about them.
Think Cash is NOT a pdl and cannot be treated like one. That is an installment loan.

I dealt with Magnum, and I was able to work out a settlement with them. I called their number and was put through to collections. They did work with me and were very polite. Think Cash flat out refused to work with me. They told me that they only considered settlements on debts that were more than 2 years old. I didn't understand why they wouyld prefer to wait 2 years. I had also considered going through a PDL consolidation company (DDS). One person at Think Cash told me that they WOULD work with them. The second person told me they WOULD NOT. I guess it sometimes depends on who happens to answer the phone. Good luck - I;m sure we'll all see the light at the end of the tunnel.
