chapter 7 bankruptcy and chex systems

When you file a ch7 and include debt from chexsystems will that also be discharged? And how do you go about opening a bank account afterwards?
The actual debt will be discharged and you will not be required
The actual debt will be discharged and you will not be required to pay it (b/c it was in a BK)...however, the report will continue on ChexSystems for 5 years.
You can try a bank that does not use ChexSystems.

I just had a company called Cyber Crime Unit that said they are an Attorney's office call and tell me that because I didn't pay of a pay day loan in 2009 of $300.00 I am being charged with a cyber crime and will be picked up and taken in for questioning and I will have to pay almost $6000.00 to clear this up. I don't know when I had a loan like that, the only one I ever received I paid back. They also said I could get jail time and they would take the money from my social security disability check. Have you ever heard of this?
