I have about 10k credit debt 3k in court fines, and I owe Social Security 5k they say they over paid me and now I have to come up with 5k. I'm retired and my only income my Social Security has been stopped until they get there 5k. I don't own a home or a car I have no way of paying the creditors, courts or Social Security.

What do you think my best move is?

The payment plan they have offered me is no money until I'm caught up. The courts wants 200 a month I have no way of paying.
