100 % Agree with eveything on every website, & Ex employees that was said about these people they have got to be stopped when is ( ENOUGH - ENOUGH )

100% agree also with what other people are saying on all of the websites, Everybody must Call or File a Complaint with the Texas Attorney Generals Office & with the Federal Trade Commision This is no joke.

When a state the size of California kicks you out and puts a desist and refrain order against you something is wrong,You must never use this company,they are not allowed to do this work anywhere, they are not Licensed in any state, they are not legal to be a prorater, no bank would allow them any kind of license to go into your bank account,they will take your money and dissapear, change people you origanally dealt with who are hiding so you get no help, get nobody, & get nowhere, and then you cancel that is what they want you to do then they put you in a delete file after three calls and say you deserve what you get for being in so much debt, and you are nothing but bums, anyone that uses them will be ruined.

Mountain View Financial Group Inc based out of Delaware, Debt By Debt Settlement Services, My Debt Hurts loved this one like they even care and of course Bella Financial Inc, & Bella Financial, Why so many names we ask but then we all know the reason for that.

How can this company keep getting away with this we have all read the complaints they are everywhere, Is there nobody going to put a stop to it this, Is this the way people are supposed to be treated these people are not regulated by anyone and do not need a license to do anything what has this world become, Does no one see the big picture, Ruination of lives and any kind of future someone must step up to the plate and stop this insanity.

Anyone who is thinking about using Bella needs to go to the Complaints Board first. I signed up with the understanding they would work on my behalf on my debt. I sent over two thousand dollars to them in about five months and that is when I found out how they work. I received a court summons for one of my debts that there were to settle. At that point is when I found out they had made no attempt to contact any of my creditors that was on my list. It ended up costing me about twelve hundred more than when I first contacted them. This was about a ten thousand debt and the only time they made any attempt to contact them was when I told them I was getting sewed. This was my biggest debt which they said they would reduce to a little over two thousand. The end result was it is costing me over eleven thousand. I contacted them and said since this was my biggest debt then there fee should reduced and that is when I was informed that they worked on that account. I guess my point is I could of survived with my payments but would require about everything I made to keep current. I trusted them and due to the trust I am close to loosing everything I worked my entire life for. They need to be stopped. Please read what is posted on the Complaints Board and contact the ones who is working hard to stop them.

Are Bella Financial Inc AKA Michael Hauser & Gang still in Business or did they file for Bankruptcy

Hi is anyone going to do anything with Bella Financial Inc because we all would like to be involved they are a RIPOFF

Just cannot believe that these people can get away with this, nobody does anything to stop them or to help anyone who lost everything because of these people and their scams, what a great world we live in it is just pathetic

The same thing happened to me as # 8. At first I thought that was one of my old postings because it was what happened to me almost to the T. They half to be stopped.

All of these companies are the same people just scamming everyone, nobody stops them they are just laughing all the way to the bank, the owner Michsel Hauser just plays Golf and Poker and his team of cohorts just obey his every rule it has been going on for years and no one will do anything to put an end to it, TOTAL SCAM

Debt Settlement companies CANNOT STOP lawsuits. If you have debt that you enrolled into a program, but still have accounts that you are currnet on, you WILL BE sued. Before you accuse & point fingers about how awful these people are, maybe you should learn to read contracts before you sign them, and own up to the fact that you are trying to get away from paying the debt that YOU owe. No on else is responsible for YOU being in debt but YOU.

Please be advised, I worked for Bella Financial and Mountain View Financial and I can tell you first hand this business was in the business of making money and not caring about the ppl they were servicing. I will use the name BJ, I worked for Mike and his crew of back staff and front office salesmen for years. They make the newer employees now sign documents stating you cant talk. I am willing to help anyone of you with any information you will need. They suck and when they find out who I am, they will doody in their pants. Ant that right Ms. Erica lol.
