Ok, if yu get a letter from a collection law agency and you can prove they have falsified a document, ie.. the initial letter sent to consumer. Can and would you address that in a court of law and would see send the Ca proof that you know its fraud in an attempt to settle the account prior to court.

Well, yeah. If you can prove they were fraudulent or deceptive, then that is against the FDCPA, and you can get $1000 plus possible court costs and attorney fees for your trouble.
Then, if it's your debt, you can apply that $1000 to the debt in an act of delicious irony!

It can be pretty hard to prove that the initial letter wasnt sent....they will send it to whatever address they have on file and a notation is made in their computer. Letters get lost, misdirected, ignored.
