Target? Hard to deal with?

They are not too bad to deal with compared to other credit cards companies.

My experience with Target is this: I owed $2500 to them when my business closed, and I had been trying to settle with them for months without getting anywhere. Then, I was sued by them. I called the attorney listed on the summons and told him I wanted to settle before the court date. Since they had not settled earlier, and continued to add on fees and late charges, they "graciously" agreed to let me settle at that point at around 75%, which ended up being for the original amount I owed, $2500. I think their stalling was deliberate, so they could get the full amount anyway. But the case was dismissed and I avoided a judgement. Thank heaven they were my smallest account. So I have mixed feelings about them.
