I have a charge off and a closed account with same bank regarding a voluntary repo. Can they still serve me and place judgement. I gave back vehicle in 2006.


Yes, you can still be sued on that account for the deficiency amount. The original creditor (the bank) can sue you, or they can sell the debt to someone else and THAT company can sue you. Once your state's statute of limitations run out then you would have a valid defense to bring up in court to get the case dismissed, but even if that happens, if the account is over $600 then you could be forced to pay taxes on it.
