I recently got in over my head in payday loans, to focus on paying them off I had to close my past bank account so I could stop incurring the fees and start paying them off one by one. To my surprise LoanPointsUSA began debiting my NEW bank account for $400 at a time, do they have authorization to take money out of any of my accounts?

What state are you in? In some states it is not ok to just close your account.
Actually, most pdls have a clause in their so called contract that allows them to debit any account you have or may have in the future. How did they get your new #. Did you apply for other loans?

They got your account information from you. You need to stop applying for new loans and/or giving you account information to past due accounts to make payments. Many of the sites that you visit for PDL's all funnel back to the same company. There are hundreds of websites, but only a handful of IPDL companies.
