NCO financial keeps leaving messages on the answering machine for my daughter. She has not called them back. She makes very little money and there is no way she can pay anyone anything. Right now she is off work due to an injury. She has had no bills for at least three years now so we know it has to be something old. Should she call them back? If she does, will it start the SOL all over again??
