Garnishment

Hi I am having a lot of problems with Renown hospital garnishing my pay for medical bills that i had 2 insurance coverage for. They are telling me that they could not find the copy of my insurance and because the account is now 2 years ol they can no longer bill my insurance. I need help. These are very big hospital bills and I do not know what to do. Any suggestions???

Have you contacted your insurance company, on the back of your card there should be a customer service number, explain the situation and see what they say, it might be worth a try.
