What are the chances of actually going to court?

Apparently a couple of the PDL's I have are CSO's (CashNEt USA and Payday One)...I owe them money but don't have it right now...not even enough to make some sort of payment. I had to start paying on my student loan which I'm sorry...comes as top priority compared to these. Question is...PayDay One hasn't been calling and leaving threatning messages but CashNet USA has...they keep giving me deadlines to call them before the "refer to their attorney" or whatever...I keep getting these "you must call by noon tomorrow"...well, I never do. Has anybody here ever been taken to court by a CSO? What are the chances that they actually ever will? It will be at least 2 more months before I have some "freed up" money to start paying some each month to be done with these!

It's hard to generalize on which lenders are more likely to sue
It's hard to generalize on which lenders are more likely to sue and when they may or may not sue. It would be in your best interest to contact the legal lenders and set up some type of payment arrangements with them.
