I have my third loan out with theviploanshop.com. I am pretty sure that they are illegal because I can not seem to locate them on the CA licensee page. Also, I have no way to see my account online, and they list no contact information except for a phone number to get a new loan. This company has an automatic renewall process, and therefore continues to renew my loan week after week! Not only that, the fees for renewals keep going up, and now are at $120 dollars every two weeks just in renewal costs!! I want to send them a statment to withdrawl my consent for them to take funds from my account, but can not seem to get a fax #, email, or address.. What do I do???

I'm sorry to tell you this, but there is only one sure way to stop the withdrawals, and that is to close your account. If that isn't an option, then tell the bank to put a hard debit block on your account.
