Hello. I'm Leslie, from California. I have six (actually four) payday loans that I've debated on whether or not to consolidate. I tried PDL Assistance, but am contemplating cancelling their contract because of bad things I heard about their company. Then another one called Your Pay Day Loan Help coming from paydayloanescape.com called me, with a similar offer.

I was forced to pay off a loan with Kingston Financial, Midland Fiancial and Star Cash Processing with my last paycheck because all of them threatened me with legal action against me. I was able to settle a $260 debt with Midland for $191.50 and I still have two storefront PDLs that I haven't paid yet. Actually, I paid $52.00 towards one of them and will pay another $52.00 towards the other one tomorrow.

I understand that it was illegal for Midland Financial to lie to me about throwing me in court and getting me convicted of a misdemeanor. I'm a law abiding citizen with no criminal history but due to economic times I cannot keep up my bills. Please contact me. Thank you.

I'm not sure what your question is but I can tell you this, you will need to close your bank account or freeze it in order to take control of your finances as these companies will continue to debit your account, even after you have paid them off. Before you close your account, read this information at the link below. http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/close-account.html

Please do not let any of these pdl's know you are going to close your account, until AFTER you have done it!
