A collection agency went to parents house, which is my mailing address to serve me a summons. my mother answered the door and said i do not live there that i live with 1 of my girlfriends which she did not whom. i told my mother if they come to serve me just take the papers on my behalf. they refused to give them to her and left. my question is :
1. what will they do next
2.what if they cant find me to serve me
3.i want to be served so i can answer to there complaint and defend myself, how can i get them to serve me
