Theres not a lot you can do, the calls are from Nigera and over in that area. They did the same to me, but if you don't entertain them they will stop.

They keep calling me and they are going straight to my voicemail. The first message he left I think he forgot to hang up because I heard him getting instructions from a lady with a heavy accent on how to pronounce a word and telling him what to say and do..these people are a joke. Then I get another message 4 minutes later and he's speaking a little louder like he's getting mad or something..LOL. I wish I wasn't in a cubicle were people can hear me because I just want to cuss him out so bad.

I just called the 803-712-4051 number and they talk VERY fast! All I understood was department of something or other.

So today I got another message and this time the caller ID said 415-880-5599 and the guy with a thick accent said his name was Officer Peter Bell. He told me to contact him so he can grab the file before downloading time and that I could be picked up from my work or home...ooohhh he's got me so scared...NOT.
He also said that I should give him my attorny's name and if not he was sorry. He says sorry in just about every message.

This number called me at work and my mother at her job in regards to me. I called him back after I left work so I could talk loud without my coworkers hearing. I asked him what the heck he was calling for and he said it was regarding a debt from 2006 with uscashadvance. He was full of crap because all my debts from 2006 were discharged in my bankruptcy in November 2006 and I never had a loan with uscashadvance. I had fun yelling at him..he starting stuttering and I could tell he was getting frustrated.

I and my wife just got 3 calls from these Jackasses with Indian accents. The new scam is they call from a computer system that does not allow the phone number to be traced or to appear on your caller I.D. Why can't someone put a stop to this crap?

I just got a call from these people today. They said I got a loan from uscashadvance and I looked at all my bank statements and saw nohing. I was sure before going through all that that I never got a loan from them. I called them back to get the number for uscashadvance and they said no and that they would send papers out o my references and my job. I am so mad. I dont know what to do, who to call. Their allegations are totally wrong and they saying they are gonna take me to court and file against me in texas tonight and tomorrow my state. What can be done with these guys?

I got a call at work from someone saying they were Mike Johnson.When I called back the guy said he was his supervisor and the they were filing a law suit against me for a payday loan I never received.I have bank records to prove it. I don't know what is up with these people,but do not give them any of your information..Just let them try and sue me!!!Scam written all over it!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been getting same calls on my jobthe number is in Texas when I asked for address they gave a New York address. I asked them who they were collecting for and they said uscashadvance but when aksed for number they would not give it to me. But somehow these people have gotten my ss# and bank acct and I did not give to them. I had close my acct. and I filesd a complaint with the state attny gerneral office. They told me they were getting a lot of complaints but wasn't much they could do. This very scarey it so easy for people to get your info now. PLEASE BEWARE!!!!
