Christian Nicholas and Associates AGAIN!!!!

A few months ago I was receiving calls from Christian Nicholas and Associates (CNA) regarding a supposed payday loan that I owe. I did have some payday loans out about 18 months ago, but have since either paid them off and/or sent them cease and desist letters notifying them of my overpayments to their "illegal" companies, even asking for refunds from some. Well, I got no refunds, but the calls did stop for a while. I even filed a complaint with the Ohio AG office and got a letter from CNA telling me that they would take my name out of the database, and the AG closed my case. Now, months later, just today I received a call from CNA again. They won't give me any information, so I have no idea if it's a complete scam, about the same PDL from before, or what. The lady ("investigator" Belinda Jennings) just kept asking me for my attorney's name and fax #. I asked her to send me something in writing so that I could verify what she is talking about. She refused. She just kept telling me I was being charged with bank fraud and some other things. I realize that I didnt' do any of these things, but I honestly tried to clear up all my PDLs and now I get this call. Should I be worried?

No. Be pissed as hell. Immediately contact your AG and inform

No. Be pissed as hell. Immediately contact your AG and inform them that you are being harassed by this company once again. If you can, record those calls because them telling you that you are being charged is false and illegal. This time show them no mercy. Take them to court.

They called me back this morning with the same old story ... I told the lady that I had previously filed a complaint with the Ohio AG and had a letter from Christian Nicholas saying they were sorry and were removing my name from all their databases. She asked me to fax a copy of it to her so they could remove it again. I did this, and also took the opportunity to send a C&D letter so hopefully they won't contact me again. If they make phone contact with me again, I will speak to the AG office again and see how I can file charges against them. Is that who I should speak to if I want to do something like that?
