Questions about Judgment

So I went through arbitration with WW&R on behalf of Discover Card. A judgment was granted in the amount of $7,200. I recently recieved a letter from Mann Bracken looking to collect on behalf of Discover Card. I called Discover and the account is with Mann Bracken now. The amount they are requesting is less then the judgement amount. Is this typical? Also what are my chances of setting up a payment arrangment with them? Any help is appreciated. I am in PA.
Thanks
