A collection agency keeps calling my family looking for me. What can I send to them so they can only communicate with me in writing?

Thanks

One thing I started to do was send a letter certified mail with return receipt that gave my home address and my contact phone number. I would tell them that it was my current contact information and that is all they should use. I also included that my employer does not wish me to take personal calls at work and under no circumstances should they call me at my place of employment.

I did not care if they called me since it was my cell phone and I had it set to ring only for certain numbers so they could call all they wanted as far as I was concerned as it didn't bother me any. But you could also say to only communicate in writing to the address you give.

As far as I understand it CA's are only allowed to call other people to try and get in touch with you. I figured if I sent them a letter stating my address and phone number but they still called someone else (one CA kept calling my sister in another state) that would be harassment.
