I just want to tell Shazzers THANK YOU!!! You gave me a step by step guide on what to do with this payday loan mess and I sincerley appreciate you for that.
I was extremely overwhelmed with my predicament and even after coming here there was a LOT of info to process :? You broke it down in such a way that I could take a deep breath and handle my business 1 step at a time. I closed my acct and had a new one re-opened and was reassured by the branch manager that the acct would not be re-opened no matter what, I was also given credits for the last payments these people debited from my account even though I told this compassionate bank manager that I just wanted them stopped from further debiting. Now, I just have to send these letters and prepare myself for the inevitable...the phone calls...
