If one of your paydayloan companies say they are going to carry these claims to the courts, will they really do it. It is ACA Recovery/Norman Kalina for National PayDay Loan.


They are always making threats like this, however, you live in a state where pdl's are prohibited, therefore any pdl company who would attempt to sue you in a court of law would need their heads examined. Why would an unlicensed lender dare walk into a court of law knowing they are placing their heads on a chopping block. lol No, they are making threats they CAN'T carry out.
