Hello All,

So I'm getting ready to send my illegal lender letters out and I am wondering, Isn't it better to send these out via email as opposed to certified mail? I have been hearing a lot of people have been getting there letters returned and un opened.

Wondering which you think is better, also, having a hard time getting all the physical addresses but I have all the email addresses...what do you think?

Thanks Shazzers, that's exactly what I was thinking, plus it costs money to send USPS.

One more question for you, I just wanted to make sure that I am correct that all my lenders are illegal in my state (CA)

MyPaydayloan.com
Greenlight Funding
PayDayMax.com
LoanShop/Viking/Whistle

Thanks Again!

Shazzers (or anyone), do you have email addresses for the following companies: Integrity Advance; Emerald Marketing Group; PayDay Max.com; A2BCash.com; Impact Cash (now PDL Technologies so they claim)? I need to send my letters ASAP. One letter can include everything that I need it to say right?

desperatelyseekingsanity, what makes you think emails aren't admissable in a court of law? I know that it usually depends upon the judge who is presiding over the case BUT, emails are and have been used as evidence, especially if you receive a response. Besides, these companies aren't licensed lenders, the chances of this ever going to court is zero to none.

Yes, one letter with all the necessary information is all that's needed.

I have a few of the addresses but I am not sure how accurate they are. You could try doing a search for the addresses at this forum, just type in the name of the company in the search box located in the upper right hand corner of this forum, ie, "paydaymax address".

Shazz...I didn't say it wasn't admissable in a court of law...PDL could say that they never received it...however, if they DO respond, then yes, you now have proof that they received it...with a certified letter you could say that you sent it to the address on the contract and that it was returned/refused, etc. That will hold more weight...

And I agree that if they are illegal lenders that it won't go to court.
